Complete the Ending Collection
This is the trophy that will consume the most time for you. You have complete all endings on every difficulty. No stacking here, got to do them all individually. Thankfully you can knock them all out in 2 playthroughs and some loading.
It goes without saying but left/right here signifies which option to pick in the dialogue choices you get when talking to people. The game is very fickle so don't stray from these options nor do you want to bump into the girls, click them, and generally make them react negatively such as by stopping in front of them and staring.
The below is set up so that if you have Ji-Min unlocked you can do the following.
1- Beat Ghost Tree. Make manual save 1.
2- Do route you want.
3- Load manual save 1.
4- Do other route.
5- Load manual save 1.
6- Do Ji-Min route (except on the file you used to unlock Ji-Min to start with)
To be able to do Ji-Min's route you have to complete the game with a So-Young ending on Hard (unpatched) or Normal (patched) first, any will do.

Check the first monitor to spawn Janitor. Afterwards check the second and then third monitor. Then you need to get to Biology Supplies Room 4F, simply reaching the door will despawn the Janitor so feel free to run there if you are able.
To save her go down to the 1F and get the Blanket in Night Duty Room and Faculty Office 2 Key in Faculty Office 1. Go up to 2F and in Faculty Lounge get the Science Lab Key. Go to the 3F Science Lab to use the water on the Blanket to get Wet Blanket. Then finally go back to the Biology Supplies Room to use the Wet Blanket.

Follow enemy around. Hide in Science room when enemy enters Music room and use open door to see it pass and then begin following again.
Head to Eastern Walkways 4F in New Building and then in the Hedge Maze:

The Master of the Labyrinth
On lower difficulties it seems there is a glitch where as the boss doesn't start agroed you just instantly die if you don't quickly move.
You'll be able to see over the hedge maze and see some lights, go to them in the below order to get the Trigram item at each which once done will win the fight. Be mindful to not trap yourself if followed by the boss and you'll know if you have lost her as she will let out a scream. Walk, don't run when not being chased.

Head from Main Building 1 Eastern Hallway to the Main Building 2 via the Northern Stairway while avoiding the Shadow People. Then head from Main Building 2 Western Hallway 1F to Music Room 3F while again avoiding the Shadow People.
